ESSEDUE will not in any case respond to damages, theft or loss of the items being returned, until the delivery of the same. Each risk will therefore be the sole customer charge. It should be noted that the items must be returned to the email address provided by Customer Service. It is advisable to return the item through a traceable shipment. ESSEDUE is not responsible for lost or damaged packets during the return journey. After verifying the integrity of the returned Product, ESSEDUE will repay the amount paid by the customer within 30 days of receipt of the product by way of repayment by credit card or bank transfer (at ESSEDUE Sunglasses discretion).
